Warehouse Material Handler

Conagra Brands seeks a reliable Warehouse Material Handler to support manufacturing operations by safely receiving, storing, and moving raw materials and finished goods. You will load and unload trucks, operate forklifts and pallet jacks, use RF scanners to track inventory, and stage materials for production while following strict safety, quality, and food-handling standards. In this fast-paced, team-focused role, you'll help keep product flowing efficiently to customers and collaborate with operations and logistics to support continuous improvement and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and verify incoming materials and finished goods
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
• Stage and deliver materials to production lines as scheduled
• Pick, pack, and prepare outbound orders for shipment
• Use RF scanners or systems to track inventory movements and accuracy
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and dock areas
• Follow food safety, quality, and GMP standards
• Report inventory discrepancies and support cycle counts
• Collaborate with production and logistics to meet schedule and service goals
• Support continuous improvement and lean initiatives in warehouse operations
