A well-established and growing heavy civil/site development contractor is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on construction leader who takes ownership of projects, understands the details of civil construction, and knows how to build and manage high‑performing field teams.

The company has a strong reputation for quality workmanship and specializes in site development, earthwork, underground utilities, concrete, and paving.

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in heavy civil, site development, utility, or commercial sitework construction
• Strong experience with earthwork, grading, excavation, underground utilities, concrete, and/or paving
• Proven ability to manage multiple crews and subcontractors
• Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, and sequencing
• Ability to effectively manage project schedules and deadlines
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of field operations
• OSHA 30 or equivalent safety training preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Willingness to travel to active project sites as needed
