Role DescriptionThe Resident Services Coordinator is a full-time, on-site position based in Watertown, CT, responsible for supporting residents and enhancing the overall living experience in the community. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating resident services and resources, assisting residents with questions and concerns, and helping connect residents to community programs or referrals as needed. The role involves handling resident communications, organizing and maintaining documentation, and collaborating with property management staff to support smooth daily operations.
The Coordinator will also assist with resident events, follow up on service requests, and contribute to a professional, welcoming environment at the property.
- Strong service coordination skills, including organizing resident services, resources, and referrals.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities to build trust and rapport with diverse residents and staff.
- Experience in operations management or property management support, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proven customer service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a resident-focused approach.
- Ability to work on-site in Watertown, CT, with reliability and a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, including proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., email, word processing, resident management systems).
- Prior experience in residential property management, social services, or community-based work is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or relevant certifications in social services, housing, or related fields are a plus.
