Global Steering Systems Holdin based in Watertown, CT, is looking for a skilled Manufacturing Engineer who will provide both manufacturing engineering and electrical controls engineering services. This position focuses on improving manufacturing efficiency and supporting project management. The ideal candidate must have a BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and at least three years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities include project management, developing control systems, and integrating machine specifications. Experience with various programming languages and controls systems like Allen Bradley PLCs is required. Applicants with lean manufacturing knowledge and strong troubleshooting skills will excel.
