.

We are seeking an experienced Operations/Production Manager to lead high-volume injection molding and manufacturing operations. This position is responsible for driving production performance, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and employee development while ensuring world-class safety, quality, and delivery performance.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven operations leader with experience in injection molding, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and leading large production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do
  • Lead daily operations within a high-volume injection molding and manufacturing environment
  • Drive safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance across the value stream
  • Manage production schedules, capacity planning, staffing, and machine priorities to meet customer demand
  • Lead and develop operators, supervisors, maintenance personnel, and cross-functional teams
  • Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop and execute cost reduction projects and eliminate non-value-added activities
  • Improve labor efficiency, on-time delivery, and overall manufacturing performance
  • Establish KPIs and utilize metrics to drive data-based decision making
  • Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and PDCA problem-solving activities
  • Develop and execute annual operating plans, budgets, and capital improvement projects
  • Partner with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams to achieve plant objectives
  • Drive employee engagement, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement
  • Create business cases and identify future investment opportunities to improve operations
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in injection molding operations
  • Demonstrated success leading Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives
