Planning and Scheduling Associate

Forum Contract Manufacturing is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Planning and Scheduling Associate to support production planning, scheduling, and coordination across our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, working with data and ERP systems, and communicating with various departments to help ensure production schedules are met.

• A strong communicator who can confidently interact with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, Quality, and Customer Service
• Comfortable working with numbers, data, and production information
• Able to analyze information and make practical decisions based on changing priorities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Able to work with urgency while maintaining accuracy
• Proactive about identifying scheduling conflicts, shortages, and potential delays
• Comfortable asking questions and seeking help when needed
• Able to follow through on tasks and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working independently while also working effectively as part of a team
• Interested in learning manufacturing processes, production planning, and scheduling systems
• Experienced with or willing to learn ERP/MRP systems
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Manufacturing, production planning, inventory, purchasing, or scheduling experience is a plus
• Experience with injection molding or plastics manufacturing is a plus
