Job Description:
CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Experienced Machine Operators for a local Manufacturing Company within the Greater Watertown, CT area.
Location: Watertown, Connecticut
Shift: 2nd Shift : 2pm-10pm
Responsibilities:- Operate machinery
- Perform in process inspections
- Label and move boxes
- Maintain specific standards for safety, quality, and productivity
- Operate high-speed stamping equipment
- Verify sensors are functioning properly
- Verify machine is operating at appropriate speed
- Observe and report machine abnormalities to Tool Maker, mechanic, or supervisor
- Perform various quality inspections; visual, & mechanical
- Assist in machine change overs as required
Skills:
- Basic math skills
- Ability to read and write English
- Must have High School Diploma or GED, and or Work Experience
- Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) on the production floor
