Job OverviewHartford Health Care at Home is expanding. This role is a Homecare RN position for either Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Saturday, Sunday, Monday 24‑hour shifts (paid for 40 hours) providing skilled nursing services to patients in the community.
ResponsibilitiesThis role will deliver person‑centered, outcome‑based, high‑quality, cost‑effective skilled nursing care to clients in home and community settings. Responsibilities include collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Licensure: Registered Nurse with a license to practice in the State of CT.
Education: Associate’s or diploma program in nursing (preferred if BSN from an NLN‑approved program).
Experience: One year nursing experience, preferably in medical/surgery or home care specialties.
