Overview
Triveni Bio is breaking new ground in the identification of novel disease targets – working at the convergence of human genetics, best-in-class antibody design, and precision medicine. We are pioneering a Mendelian genetics-informed precision medicine approach to develop functional antibodies for the treatment of immunological and inflammatory (I&I) disorders. Our lead antibody program (TRIV-509) targets kallikreins 5 and 7 (KLK5/7) to directly impact skin barrier function, inflammation, and itch – providing a meaningful and much needed potential treatment option for patients with atopic dermatitis and other barrier disorders.

We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Scientist to join our Translational Medicine team. In this role you will be responsible for executing the biomarker strategy for multiple clinical studies. On a day-to-day basis you will be work closely with external CROs ensuring the successful development, validation, and execution of biomarker assays in support of clinical trials.
Responsibilities- Drive the implementation of the clinical biomarker strategy across multiple studies
- Serve as the translational medicine representative at the clinical sub team for one or more programs
- Collaborate with external vendors to develop and validate fit-for-purpose assays and deploy for use in the clinic
- Work in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders including clinical operations, clinical development, data science, and biology
- Lead analysis and interpretation of biomarker data from clinical studies
- Other duties as assigned
- PhD in biology or a related discipline with 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Prior experience in biomarker sample analysis with CROs or internal labs using IHC, genomics, and protein-based assays
- Experience and in-depth technical knowledge of assay development
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with CROs
- Strong organizational skills and communication skills demonstrated ability to solve problems with innovative solutions
The posted range reflects the current reasonable and good faith estimate of the base salary for this full-time position. Actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience, educational background and certifications, performance and qualifications, market demand for the role, geographic location and other organizational needs. This role also offers a competitive target bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.
