Position: Flagger / Parking Attendant

Flaggers / Parking Attendant Needed!

Pay Rate $20 per hour

Job Type Part-time (20 hours/week)

Location Arsenal Yards in Watertown, MA

Shift & Schedule Friday 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM, Saturday & Sunday 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Pilgrim Parking is currently hiring Flaggers for part-time opportunities to start immediately.

What we're looking for
  • Direct patrons where to park.
  • Traffic enforcement - keep traffic moving and disperse double‑parked cars.
  • Ensure EV Charging Stations are operational.
  • Complete daily shift paperwork by recording the number of transactions by parking rate, number of vehicles in and out of the facility, number of contract parkers, vehicles left, number of validated tickets and exception tickets.
  • Maintain a neat and orderly cashier booth at all times, free of debris and trash, with clean windows, void of unapproved posters or hangings.
  • Provide the company’s standards of service with each customer, including maintaining the required uniform appearance, stating the company greeting, answering questions, resolving issues, and thanking each customer upon exit.

Must haves
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Independent, self‑starter.

  • Energetic, outgoing, can stand, run, and carry items up to 50 lbs.
  • Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach.
  • Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can help resolve customer issues positively.
Good to haves
  • Customer service experience 1 year or more.
