Program Overview

The program, running from 2024 through 2026, is designed to enlist ten exceptional recent graduates from the fields of Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or Computer Science. These recruits will grow into the core part of our technical team, driving our company's growth into the 2030s.

You will be paired with a senior technical staff member who will serve as your mentor.

Immediate Responsibilities

Develop algorithms and software for physics simulation in electromagnetics, photonics, fluid dynamics, thermal and structural analysis.

Develop algorithms and software to deliver exceptional computing experiences, including optimizing GPU computing efficiency, managing and visualizing large-scale scientific data, geometry handling, and applying AI for scientific computing.

Growth Trajectory (3 years)

Progress to respected experts in computational electromagnetics, fluid dynamics, thermal and structural analysis.

Senior front-end or back-end developer roles.

Elite HPC specialist positions.

Emerging software architect roles.

Dynamic engineering manager roles.

Creative product manager roles.

Persuasive marketing positions.

Result-driven technical sales roles.

Required Qualifications

Recent graduate or graduating student in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.

Exceptional programming skills in C++ (or demonstrated open-source contributions in other languages).

Preferred Qualifications

Strong background in electromagnetics, photonics, computational geometry, fluid mechanics, structural mechanics, aeroacoustics, or conjugate heat transfer.
Experience with numerical methods for solving large-scale partial differential equations.
Master's or PhD with 0-3 years of industry experience.
Familiarity with version control systems such as git and the Linux command line.
Knowledge of MPI, OpenMP, and CUDA.
