Boston Sports Medicine (BSM) is a leading provider of outpatient orthopedic and sports physical therapy, with clinics across the Greater Boston area. Our Watertown clinic is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist who is passionate about helping patients return to peak performance.

Position Summary
As a Physical Therapist at our Watertown location, you’ll work with a diverse caseload ranging from post-op orthopedic rehab to sports injury recovery. This role is ideal for a PT with at least 1 year of outpatient experience, but new graduates with strong clinical rotations are encouraged to apply as we have a mentor program for new graduates and would love to support you as you start your career.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver evidence-based therapy including manual techniques, exercise prescription, and functional training.
- Collaborate with support staff to maximize patient outcomes.
- Document progress accurately in our EMR system.
- Participate in continuing education and team development activities.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent and active Massachusetts PT license.
- Outpatient orthopedic/sports medicine experience preferred.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient engagement skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
Compensation & Schedule
- Salary: $85,000 – $100,000/year (commensurate with experience)
- Full-time, outpatient role at our Watertown clinic
- Manageable caseload — focus on quality care, not just volume
