Are you a technical visionary who thrives at the intersection of complex architecture and mission-driven impact? We are looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to steer our Enterprise Applications team.

In this pivotal role, you will shape the technological backbone of an organization dedicated to making a difference. You will bridge the gap between high-level business strategy and hands-on technical execution, ensuring our ecosystem (including Salesforce, Workday, and Power School) is scalable, secure, and future-ready.

We’d love to talk with you if you have many of the following:

• Deep expertise in enterprise platforms—specifically Salesforce () and Workday.
• Strong command of RESTful and SOAP-based APIs, XML, JSON, and XSLT to create seamless data flows.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable technical designs while managing budgets and rollout strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 8+ years in software development or systems engineering, with a proven track record in a management or lead mentorship role.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
• Previous experience in the non-profit or education sectors.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Architecture, Azure Solutions Architect).
