Join our Team as a Hands-On Lead Principal Architect, Dev Sec Ops !

If you have a passion for integrating security into the software development process and are excited to play a vital role in shaping enterprise architecture for secure software delivery, we want to hear from you!

In this dynamic hybrid role, you will work two days per week in a Wolters Kluwer office while leading our Dev Sec Ops  Center of Excellence. You will collaborate closely with leadership and engineering teams to define standards, architecture, and best practices that drive secure, automated, and production-ready software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dev Sec Ops  Center of Excellence Co-Leadership: Co-lead the Dev Sec Ops  strategy and governance framework for the enterprise, ensuring standards are integrated into architectural decision-making.
  • Pipeline Architecture & Security Integration: Own the CI pipeline architecture, establishing standards that ensure seamless security integration and artifact handoff.
  • Engineering Team Enablement: Create enablement assets, guides, and hands-on support to empower engineering teams to adopt Dev Sec Ops  practices confidently.
Your

Qualifications:
  • 8+ years in software or platform engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior architect role impacting large-scale organizations.
  • A proven track record in designing CI/CD pipelines and Dev Sec Ops  practices with substantial, hands-on experience.
  • Strong leadership skills to operate in a collaborative co-leadership environment, influencing outcomes positively.
Our Commitment to You:
