Clinical Supply Chain Associate Responsibilities

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Clinical Supply Chain, the Clinical Supply Chain Associate will be responsible for coordinating clinical trial shipments across multiple clinical projects

The ability to develop and cultivate relationships with key internal and external stakeholders is vital as this individual will coordinate activities across our manufacturing and distribution vendors

Responsible for coordinating all raw material and drug product shipments in support of ongoing clinical trials

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams as well as external vendors on production and delivery schedules ensuring uninterrupted supply of clinical trial material

Monitor and track all clinical shipments ensuring timely delivery, including international shipments

Prepare standard documents, such as work orders, purchase orders, material transfer requests, or shipping documentation

Develop and implement programs with suppliers and/or internal cross‑functional team members to support continuous improvement of clinical supply chain

Maintain dashboards to visualize metrics, measure performance, and improve efficiency

Facilitate shipments of samples needed to support in‑house studies and ensure timely scheduling of all necessary packaging materials

Qualifications

Proficiency with supply planning, forecasting, and inventory reconciliation

Experience with CROs and Clinical Protocols/Labeling

Knowledge of materials management, planning, 3PL, and controlled temperature shipping

Independently motivated, detail‑oriented, and highly organized

Demonstrated ability to multitask, manage complexity, resolve issues independently and elevate as needed

Capable of communicating complex issues clearly and effectively

Adept at working collaboratively with junior and senior team members across the organization

Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite is expected
