Do you like solving mechanical problems when the stakes are highest and the lines are moving fast? Are you fluent in maintenance best practices and comfortable in a food manufacturing setting? On third shift, you’ll keep our packaging and assembly equipment compliant, reliable, and ready to deliver consistent glove quality.
What will you do?
Set up and repair production machinery for assembly and packaging, always adhering to food safety regulations.
Run preventative maintenance routines on all production equipment to reduce unplanned downtime.
Install equipment, debug issues, and stabilize new or modified systems.
Finish assigned projects on schedule while meeting all food safety standards.
Jump in on Production/Maintenance tasks when extra hands are needed.
Communicate with Production to address safety and quality concerns and resolve issues together.
Work in compliance with OSHA and all site safety policies.
Document maintenance activities as directed by the Maintenance Manager, including work orders and time cards.
Handle tools and equipment properly and safely.
Identify equipment problems early and report them to the Maintenance Manager.
Accept overtime assignments when required and provide on-call support as needed.
Take on other related duties assigned by the Manager.
What do you need to succeed?
Associate degree in Maintenance Technology or equivalent background (education/experience/training).1–5 years in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Strong command of maintenance terminology and best practices; solid OSHA/safety knowledge.
Team-first mindset with a record of effective collaboration.
Working knowledge of GMP, OSHA standards, and production needs.
When and where will you work?
Third-shift role with overtime and on-call rotations as required.
Production areas can include strong aromas and airborne dust from ingredients; work involves being near or operating machinery.
