Assembly Operator – 1st Shift

Location: Watertown, CT.

Pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour (depending on experience).

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.

Employment Type: Direct Hire.

Overtime: Available based on production needs, including occasional Saturdays.

• Assemble wooden components into finished products.
• Use hand tools and measuring devices.
• Inspect products for quality.
• Label and prepare products for shipment.
• Apply protective grease coatings to completed products.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Assist with warehouse and production duties as needed.

• 2+ years of sit-down forklift experience required.
• 2+ years of warehouse experience required.
• Assembly or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
