Development Operations Coordinator

Overview

As part of our dynamic Development team, you will play a vital role in advancing our mission by ensuring every gift is processed accurately, acknowledged thoughtfully, and stewarded with care. You will support meaningful donor relationships through precise data management, gift processing, and collaboration across Development, Finance, and external partners using Salesforce NPSP.

We’d love to talk with you if you have many of the following:

• Process and upload daily gifts from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Serve as the primary contact with the lockbox vendor and support gift data troubleshooting
• Manage donor records, tributes, matching gifts, and monthly giving in Salesforce
• Prepare donor acknowledgments, receipts, and annual statements in coordination with stewardship and mail vendors
• Run reports, perform data queries, and support reconciliation with the Finance team
• Respond to donor inquiries with professionalism and a donor-centered approach
• Generate pledge reminders and support additional development operations as needed

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2-3 years of data entry experience; nonprofit or fundraising experience preferred
• High attention to detail and commitment to donor service
• Strong organizational and time- management skills
