Take on a vital nursing role supporting a preschool student in a dynamic educational environment. This contract, full-time opportunity centers on providing dedicated 1:1 care for a female preschooler, helping her thrive both in the classroom and during transit. Your expertise as a Registered Nurse will empower this young learner to access her education safely and comfortably.

• Full-time, 35 hours per week
• Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 2:30 pm
• Work closely with one preschool student, ensuring seamless care throughout the school day
• Accompany the student on the bus to and from school

• Active RN license required
• Previous experience in school or pediatric nursing strongly preferred
• Proficiency with trach care and airway management
• Skilled in performing tracheal suctioning as needed
• Capable of managing and monitoring prescribed oxygen therapy
• Experience with enteral feeding tube care, feedings, and medication administration
• Compassionate, reliable, and able to create a supportive environment for a preschool student

• Monitor and maintain the student's respiratory status throughout the day
• Provide ongoing trach care, suctioning, and oxygen therapy per physician orders
• Administer feedings and medications via an enteral feeding tube with precision and care
• Document health status, interventions, and progress, communicating regularly with the student's family and school teams
• Ensure a safe and nurturing atmosphere during school hours and transportation
