Aesthetic Registered Nurse (RN) – Watertown MA – Arsenal Yards

Job Type: Part‑Time

Compensation: $30/hr base rate + tips & commission | $55/hr guaranteed rate

Watertown MA – Arsenal Yards

• Must be available and able to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) regularly.
• Must have a minimum of 3 days available to work per week. One of those days must be a Friday or Monday.
• Must be available to work during Clinic Operating Hours as posted on the website (subject to change). Scheduled 11 hours with 10 hours of active work after breaks.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 1 day per week, will regularly work 1–2 days per week and may work up to 3 days per week.
• Must commit to a schedule made 60 days in advance.

Ability to commute / cover other clinics: reliably commute to home clinic location and periodically travel to other clinics to provide coverage as needed.

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering safe and effective treatments to clients while providing an exceptional customer experience. This role includes performing laser‑based or aesthetic procedures, educating clients on skincare and post‑treatment care, and maintaining compliance with medical and organizational standards. The RN collaborates with the clinic team to ensure a welcoming and professional environment while upholding the highest standards of safety and care.

Associate degree

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Experience with appointment scheduling platforms such as Zenoti or comparable tools.
• Experience in aesthetics, dermatology, customer service, or sales.
• Knowledge of skin types, treatment indications, and pre/post‑care requirements.
• Advanced interpersonal skills to create a positive and comfortable client experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to educate clients.
• Ability to effectively problem‑solve to assess client needs and address concerns promptly.
• Strong team collaboration to work seamlessly with clinic staff.
• Clinically competent, professional, compassionate, and able to provide safe and therapeutic services.
• Attention to detail in following medical protocols and prioritizing client safety.
• Strong listening and conversational skills.

• This role requires long periods of sitting and standing. Individuals are required to lift and move inventory and other clinic assets.

• Perform non‑invasive treatments, including laser therapies, under the direction of medical protocols and company standards.
• Assess client eligibility for treatments by reviewing medical history, obtaining informed consent, and addressing client questions or concerns.
• Administer treatments with precision and care, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction throughout the procedure.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client treatment records in compliance with legal and organizational requirements.

• Educate clients on the benefits, risks, and expected outcomes of treatments, as well as post‑treatment care instructions.
• Build trust and rapport with clients, ensuring they feel confident and well‑informed about their care plan.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a positive and professional client experience.
• Address client concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to medical or clinic leadership.

• Partner with the clinic team to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient treatment environment.
• Communicate effectively with clinic staff to ensure seamless client care and clinic operations.
• Support clinic goals by promoting additional services, skincare products, or treatment packages to clients.

• Follow all safety protocols and infection control standards, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
