Vice President, Bionalytical Sciences

Our Watertown based client is seeking an experienced Vice President, Bioanalytical Sciences to lead and build its bioanalytical function across discovery, preclinical, and clinical development programs. This role will oversee bioanalytical strategy, assay development and validation, regulatory support, CRO management, and the growth of a high-performing scientific team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record with leadership but not be afraid to roll up their sleeves as an individual contributor.

Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry, Immunology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, or related field
• 12+ years of bioanalytical experience within biotech or pharmaceuticals
• Deep expertise in PK, immunogenicity (ADA/NAb), biomarker assays, ligand-binding assays, and/or LC-MS/MS
• Experience supporting IND, BLA, NDA, or other regulatory submissions
• Strong leadership background with experience building and scaling bioanalytical teams
• Proven CRO oversight and cross-functional collaboration experience
