EyePoint is seeking a Sr. Manager Training & Quality Systems to lead the GxP quality training program and coordinate with GLP, GCP, and GMP partners.
The role reports to the Director Quality Systems and is based in Massachusetts with a hybrid work model at Northbridge or Watertown sites. Responsibilities include designing and managing LMS-based trainings, developing curricula, onboarding, SOPs, digital learning resources, SMEs collaboration, training compliance, and supporting audits.
