Senior Research Associate in Pharmacology supporting biotherapeutic development at Abiologics, focusing on SynteinsTM platform.
Responsibilities- Conduct and optimize rodent in vivo studies (PK, biodistribution, function assessment)
- Perform tissue processing
- Execute molecular/cell biology assays (ELISA, Western blot, qPCR, histology)
- Coordinate with CROs for external studies
- Analyze data
- Support platform/lead optimization efforts through cross-functional collaboration
- BS in Biology or related field with 5-7 years (or MS with 3-5 years) relevant industry research experience
- Expert in rodent dosing, tissue dissection, and molecular techniques
- Proficiency in data analysis software (Excel, Graph Pad Prism)
- Strong organizational skills required
- Preferred: cell culture, immunohistochemistry, flow cytometry experience
High-value: early-stage biotech, therapeutic modality innovation, in vivo pharmacology, preclinical stage, biologics or molecular platform. Work setup involves hands-on laboratory work and external collaboration; no specific travel expectations stated.
