Jana Grill is seeking a full-time Line Cook with 10 years of professional kitchen experience to join our team.
We are looking for someone who is fast-paced, passionate about food, responsible, and self-motivated. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and consistency in a busy kitchen environment.
Responsibilities- Preparation of ingredients and select dishes
- Ensuring freshness and quality of all produce and proteins
- Maintaining a clean, organized workstation in compliance with health regulations
- Supporting overall kitchen operations as needed
- Charcoal grilling of meats, fish, and vegetables (experience preferred but not mandatory)
- Minimum 10 years of professional kitchen experience
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Serv Safe Certification encouraged
- Team-oriented mindset with a professional attitude
