This is a full-time, on-site Stylist role at VOWS Bridal, located in Watertown, MA. The Stylist will assist brides in selecting gowns that fit their individual style, preferences, and needs. Responsibilities include guiding clients through the dress selection process, providing expert fashion advice, maintaining an organized and inviting showroom, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The Stylist will also manage client appointments, uphold VOWS' exceptional standards of personalized service, and contribute to the boutique's day-to-day operations.

• Fashion sense, knowledge of bridal trends, and an eye for style
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build connections with clients and colleagues
• Customer service experience and an ability to provide individualized attention
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage appointments and maintain a welcoming showroom
• Flexibility to adapt to the needs of clients and reliably execute responsibilities on-site

• Previous bridal industry experience is a plus
