Overview

Become a Part‑Time Retail Sales Associate for Samsung Electronics America (SEA) at Best Buy, 596‑Watertown, MA 02472. The role is outsourced by 2020 Companies, an independent sales and marketing agency. As a Samsung Experience Consultant (SEC), you will promote and sell Samsung mobile products and services to Best‑Buy customers.

• Drive sales of Samsung mobile products and services using conversational consulting sales techniques.
• Identify customer needs and recommend Samsung products that fit those needs.
• Build confidence in Samsung products and services among Best‑Buy staff and new and repeat customers.
• Build strong relationships with Best‑Buy associates and leadership to support key initiatives.
• Meet or exceed monthly and weekly sales quotas and store goals.
• Provide excellent customer and client service to customers and Best‑Buy employees.
• Maintain retail brand standards through merchandising, security, installation, and cleanliness.
• Complete display resets during new product launches whenever requested.
• Submit daily sales performance and retail insight reports.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum six months of prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated product knowledge and strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction with ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Can work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, high‑traffic retail holidays.

• Hourly pay $18.00 with weekly and next‑day pay on demand via Daily Pay.
• Paid training (online) and on‑site support.
• Company‑provided apparel, tablet or phone.
