2020 Companies is hiring a full‑time Brand Representative to represent Dell in the Boston North market. The role focuses on building relationships and brand awareness inside retail stores, promoting Dell products, and engaging both store associates and customers.

• Build and nurture relationships with store associates and customers to promote Dell products.
• Educate retail associates on the latest Dell offerings and support sales efforts.
• Maintain and refresh Dell branded displays, ensuring they are functional, clean, and comply with brand standards.
• Travel within the assigned territory to visit retailers, deliver brand enthusiasm, and conduct on‑site training.
• Execute sales and product training sessions with front‑line store staff and managers.
• Collect consumer insights and competitor information; report performance metrics and market intelligence.
• Meet or exceed quarterly sales goals, weekly store‑time goals, and other productivity metrics.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 6 months of retail selling experience in consumer electronics or technical/wireless products.
• At least 6 months of successful training experience in a direct‑marketing/retail environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong consultative selling skills, ability to overcome objections and meet customer needs.
• Strong analytical skills with a customer‑service orientation.
• Multi‑tasking, time‑management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in an unstructured environment.
• Reliable transportation and minimum liability auto insurance; ability to travel up to 70 miles from the target market.

• Weekly pay with next‑day on‑demand pay via Daily Pay.
• $22 per hour (based on location and experience).
• Paid virtual training and a new‑hire orientation program including a Dell PC device.
• Annual incentive up to $4,000, paid quarterly.
• Paid travel time, mileage, and time off for travel.
