DER is hiring a Sales & Outreach Lead for Institutional Film Distribution. We seek a mission-driven, relationship-oriented individual with a proven sales track record to grow our reach across institutions and expand revenue from our films. Familiarity with academic or educational spaces is a plus.
Responsibilities- Grow DER's reach across academic and educational institutions.
- Expand sales of DER films to new and existing institutional clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educators, administrators, and film distribution partners.
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Experience in academic, higher-education, or related fields a plus.
- Passion for documentary and ethnographic film.
