We are seeking an energetic, highly motivated BDR/SDR to support our Account Executive team focused on Flow
360/Tidy3D. This role is responsible for generating high-quality leads, prospecting into engineering-driven organizations, qualifying opportunities and helping feed a strong pipeline for strategic enterprise deals.
You will play a foundational role in scaling Flow
360 and Tidy3D adoption, supporting enterprise sales motions with exposure to complex engineering workflows and cutting-edge CFD/EM technology. Strong performance is directly tied to rapid advancement potential within Flexcompute.
- Research and identify high-potential target companies.
- Conduct cold outreach via phone, email, and Linked In.
- Engage engineering and simulation stakeholders to schedule discovery meetings.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads using defined criteria.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to pipeline hygiene.
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and event follow-ups.
- Track and report KPIs including meetings booked, conversions, and opportunity creation.
- Support AEs with research, prep materials, and account insights.
- 2–4 years of BDR, SDR, or inside sales experience.
- Comfortable speaking with technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication and outreach skills.
- Highly data-driven and comfortable working with KPIs.
- Growth mindset with ambition to progress into AE roles.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, engineering-focused startup environment.
