Security Officer Patrol and Customer Service

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.;
Respond to incidents, operational concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout loading areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, entrances, and the perimeter to help to identify unusual activity and/or policy concerns.;
Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and document visitor, driver, and/or delivery activity in accordance with site expectations and Allied Universal protocols.;
Support loss prevention and inventory protection efforts by observing facility activity, reporting suspicious behavior, and completing accurate incident and/or shift documentation.
