Sentry is seeking a skilled and dependable General Construction Journeyman to join our growing team. As a Journeyman at Sentry, you’ll play an essential role in supporting our construction and project crews. From site prep and demo to assembly, materials handling, and general labor, you’ll be hands‑on at every stage. This position is ideal for someone who is experienced in the trades, reliable, and ready to grow within a company that invests in its people.

• Assist with various construction tasks across job sites
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Support the setup and maintenance of construction equipment
• Clean and prepare construction sites, including debris and hazard removal
• Work collaboratively with crews to meet project timelines
• Follow all company and jobsite safety protocols
• Perform basic carpentry, masonry, framing, or demo as needed
• Ensure all work is completed in line with Sentry’s standards for quality and efficiency

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 1 year of construction or related experience
• Familiarity with hand and power tools
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in various weather conditions
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow directions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Speak English

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow)
• Ability to bend, kneel, climb, and use hand tools safely
• Stamina to perform physically demanding labor for extended periods
• Overtime may be required based on project needs
