The Residential HVAC Install Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management of installation projects within a dynamic environment. This position involves overseeing a team of installers, scheduling projects, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC installation and leadership, with the ability to navigate challenges effectively. You'll oversee residential HVAC installations, help develop the next generation of installers and join a family-owned organization that continues to invest in its people and technology.

Salary Range: $120,000+ / Year DOE

Responsibilities:

• Manage and schedule HVAC installation projects
• Coordinate with sales, installers, vendors, and subcontractors
• Lead, coach, and develop installers and apprentices
• Conduct ride-alongs and provide training and feedback
• Review job costs, materials, labor hours, and profitability
• Visit job sites to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues
• Help troubleshoot installation challenges when needed
• Maintain safety standards and company procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• EPA Certification required
• 4–5+ years of HVAC installation experience
• Leadership or team management experience
• Ability to read blueprints and installation plans
• Proficiency in Word and Outlook
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
