Required:
3–5+ Years Lead the Install. Own the Outcome.
A great family-owned home service company is looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to take charge of residential installation projects across the Greater Boston area. You’ll lead a crew, ensure quality work from start to finish, and be the person customers and your team can count on.
Background & Compliance Background check required
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
What You'll DoLead residential HVAC installation projects from start to completion
Supervise and mentor apprentices and helper technicians on the job Install heating, cooling, and ventilation systems to manufacturer and code standards
Coordinate with dispatchers, project managers, and customers for smooth scheduling
Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure quality control
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site Complete all job documentation accurately
What We're Looking For3–5+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience
Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, including ductwork and equipment
Boiler experience is a strong plus Proven ability to lead a crew and manage a job siteEPA 608 certification preferred
Professional attitude and strong customer communication skills
