As a Full Stack Software Engineer at Tutor Intelligence, you’ll design, build, and deploy user interfaces and systems which push the frontier of what robots are capable of. As a contributor to our XR applications, you will write performant, GPU‑enabled frontend interfaces for observing a robot’s surroundings in real‑time. You will also write scalable cloud infrastructure to command and orchestrate fleets of robots.

• Design and implement control interfaces for real‑world robotics systems
• Own projects end‑to‑end, from early concept and prototyping through production deployment
• Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Product, and Leadership to define and ship solutions
• Improve system reliability, scalability, and observability in production environments
• Debug complex systems‑level issues across hardware and software
• Help shape technical direction, best practices, and team workflows as Tutor scales

• Strong foundations in Python and React
• Experience operating in fast‑moving, resource‑constrained environments
• Clear communicator who collaborates well across technical and non‑technical teams
• Strong sense of ownership and a bias toward shipping meaningful work
• Genuine interest in robotics, AI, and solving hard real‑world problems
• Experience in computer graphics, realtime rendering, or XR applications
• Experience in robotics
• Prior startup experience, especially at early or growth‑stage companies
• Interest in technical leadership, mentorship, or project ownership

Therefore, everyone in our R&D org holds the title Member of Technical Staff (MoTS). Our job postings use standard titles so you can find us, but if you join Tutor, you’ll be a MoTS — with a level that is determined through the interview process.
