Job Title

Animator participates in the development and implementation of childhood and youth projects. He welcomes and animates groups of children in educational activities. He designs, proposes, and implements animation and leisure activities within the framework of the community's educational project. He participates in the supervision of children during midday, after-school, and extracurricular times.

- Technical activities:

- participation in the development of the pedagogical project;

- animation of activities and accompaniment of the publics welcomed.

- Specific activities:

- management of a reception area and a budget to adapt;

- animation within the framework of transplanted classes;

- implementation of school support;

- organization of multimedia activities;

- development of youth information and professional insertion activities.

- KNOWLEDGE:

- socio-professional knowledge;

- missions, educational projects, structuring of the service and shared values of animation;

- socio-educational partners network;

- pedagogical knowledge related to the public;

- methodology for constructing a cycle of activities;

- material and technical conditions of projects and activities;

- rhythm of the child and adolescent;

- awakening, sports, cultural, artistic activities;

- techniques of animation and supervision;

- characteristics of the adolescent public.

- local geographical, socio-economic, and cultural context;

- public territorial function and collectivities;

- orientations and organization of the collectivity;
