Aboutthe Role
As a Regional Member Relationship Advisor, you'll serve as a trusted financial partner to our members by identifying their needs and recommending products and services that support their financial goals. This is a highly engaging role that combines relationship building, financial wellness coaching, lending, business development, and consultative sales. If you enjoy helping people, building strong relationships, and making a meaningful impact in your community, we'd love to hear from you.
WhatYou'll Do
In this role, you will:
- Conduct financial wellness reviews to help members achieve their financial goals
- Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing members
- Recommend and open personal and business accounts based on member needs
- Utilize a consultative approach to identify opportunities for lending, deposit products, credit cards, and additional financial services
- Interpret credit bureau reports and evaluate lending opportunities
- Process loan applications and ensure accurate, error-free loan documentation
- Partner with internal business lines to deepen member relationships and generate referrals
- Manage and grow a book of business through proactive outreach and follow-up
- Schedule appointments, develop new business opportunities, and represent AmeriCU in the community
- Meet or exceed individual sales and service objectives
- Support AmeriCU's mission, vision, values, and strategic initiatives through exceptional member service
