Greet retail/walk-in customers in a friendly, courteous manner and assist them in selecting merchandise;
Assist managers and installer service specialists in serving professional customers as needed;
Provide excellent service to customers calling the store by phone, look up parts, quote prices, and offer related items;
Maintain and secure the cash drawer, accept cash/checks, make change, and process credit card transactions;
Process exchanges and returns for credit according to company policies;
Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner;
Assist with daily tasks such as freight receival, stocking shelves, planogram updates, and inventory activities;
Perform in-store services (where state/local laws allow) such as installing wipers, testing/charging batteries, testing charging system, scanning vehicle trouble codes
