** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the healthcare location, including corridors, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.

+ Respond to incidents and urgent situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation, directing foot traffic, and/or coordinating with site leadership and local responders as directed.

+ Monitor access points and observe activity using rounds and/or available systems, report hazards or unusual conditions, and assist with maintaining orderly movement in public areas.

+ Complete accurate incident reports, shift logs, and patrol documentation, and communicate timely updates to site contacts and Allied Universal supervision.

* + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
