Finance Accounting Manager

Our client, a manufacturing company is looking to hire a Finance Accounting Manager. The Finance & Accounting Manager oversees core financial operations, including accurate handling of cash receipts, deposits, and daily sales reconciliation. The role manages accounts payable, invoicing, accounts receivable, and payroll while maintaining organized financial records and supporting general administrative needs.

This position prepares key financial reports—income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and forecasts—and contributes to budgeting, spending tracking, and variance analysis. It also supports leadership by generating reports for strategic reviews and conducting financial analysis to identify trends, cost‑saving opportunities, and operational improvements.

The manager helps drive process enhancements across financial systems, supports cash flow monitoring and working‑capital decisions, and performs additional finance‑related projects as assigned by senior leadership. Success in the role requires strong accounting knowledge, analytical ability, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
