Job Title

Project Superintendent / Senior Superintendent

• Oversee all field operations for assigned construction projects.
• Coordinate, direct, and supervise field labor and subcontractors.
• Manage project schedules, quality, safety, and cost controls.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and workforce requirements.
• Resolve on-site issues and communicate updates to project stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Direct and mentor foremen and field crews throughout project execution.
• Maintain effective communication with project managers, field staff, vendors, and clients.
• Monitor project field costs and ensure budget adherence.
• Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance.
• Ensure projects are completed with minimal punch-list items and high-quality standards.
• Act as the primary field contact between vendors and project stakeholders.

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar construction management role.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and project documents.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and make independent decisions.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Experience coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and field teams.
• Knowledge of construction equipment and safe operating practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
