Concrete Site Supervisor

East River Contracting is hiring a Concrete Site Supervisor to lead commercial concrete work from layout to final finish. This role is for someone who takes ownership, leads from the front, and delivers high-quality work without excuses.

Lead and manage crews on commercial concrete projects (footings, foundations, slabs, flatwork)

Oversee all phases: site prep, forming, rebar, pouring, finishing, curing

Read and execute blueprints, elevations, and concrete specifications accurately

Coordinate with operations manager, crew, and subcontractor crews

Ensure proper layout, grading, formwork, and prep before pours

Monitor placement, finishing quality, and curing processes

Keep jobs on schedule and within scope

Manage daily site operations including crew direction, materials, and equipment

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
