Duties & Responsibilities
Assist customers — cash checks in accordance with company policy, redeem coupons, exchange cash for TITO (Ticket In Ticket Out) tickets and gaming chips.
Count and balance each assigned bank at the start and end of every shift with little to no assistance from others.
Logs control keys.
Record and balance currency transactions via computer.
Acts as soft count member.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned or necessary.
Title 31 training
Position Requirements- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Available to work all shifts. (Day, Swing, Graveyard)
- Total accountability for imprest bank.
- Computer knowledge helpful
- Customer service a must.
- Must obtain a Key Gaming License upon hire.
