Responsibilities
- Repair any machine that goes down during shift
- Ensures the security and the reliability of the gaming devices
- Performs regular maintenance on the machine as time permits
- Keeps a current log of work performed
- Explain and promote functions of any machine in the casino when questioned by guests or fellow team members
- Must abide by all departmental and casino policies and procedures complies with Tribal, State and Federal Gaming standards
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to learn new technology
- 6 months experience or work-related experience
- Work hours needed including on-call
- Able to perform moderate amounts of lifting and repeated bending and twisting
- Must have good communication skills; both verbal and written
- Must obtain a key gaming license upon hire
