Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist customers – cash checks in accordance with company policy, redeem coupons, exchange cash for TITO tickets and gaming chips.
- Count and balance each assigned bank at the start and end of every shift with little to no assistance from others.
- Log control keys.
- Record and balance currency transactions via computer.
- Acts as soft count member.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned or necessary.
- Title 31 training.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Available to work all shifts (Day, Swing, Graveyard).
- Total accountability for imprest bank.
- Computer knowledge helpful.
- Customer service a must.
- Must obtain a Key Gaming License upon hire.
