This leadership role within a tenured, growth-oriented trust department offers the opportunity to manage complex, high-net-worth relationships while helping shape the future of the team. The position blends 60% leadership with 40% hands-on portfolio management, providing strategic influence and client-facing impact within a bank known for promoting from within and maintaining statewide client relationships.
