Würth Elektronik is seeking an IT Field Service Support to be the first point of contact for end users and to maintain essential hardware and software infrastructure in a Watertown, SD office. You will support desktop PCs, printers, network gear, and business apps, with in-person and remote options and a ticketing system.
Responsibilities include onboarding new employees, resolving tickets, maintaining SLAs, and documenting steps and time. Occasional travel and on-call shifts are required.
