Moog’s Military Aircraft Group is in search of an Enterprise Integration Project Manager, Change Enablement to join their team!

The Enterprise Integration Project Manager, Change Enablement is responsible for planning and delivering modernization initiatives while driving practical adoption and readiness activities across impacted MAG teams

This role combines strong project execution discipline with targeted organizational change support to help the business adopt new processes, tools, and ways of working with minimal disruption

The role partners with business stakeholders, IT delivery teams, integration partners, and functional leaders to ensure work is delivered on time, risks are actively managed, and change is sustained beyond go-live

This role offers a 1st shift schedule at our East Aurora, NY location.

As the Enterprise Integration Project Manager, Change Enablement you will:

• Build and manage end-to-end project plans, milestones, and delivery dependencies aligned to modernization priorities.

• Run day-to-day project execution, including status management, issue resolution, and escalation.

• Maintain clear control of project scope, timelines, RAID logs, and change requests.

• Coordinate cross-functional work across business, IT, and partner teams to ensure integrated delivery.

• Prepare concise and accurate reporting for leadership and governance forums.

• Support testing, cutover readiness, go-live activities, and stabilization planning.

• Lead change impact assessments for assigned initiatives and identify adoption risks early.

• Develop and execute focused communication and stakeholder engagement plans with business leaders.

• Partner with training and functional leads to support user readiness and role-based enablement.

• Track adoption indicators and coordinate corrective actions to improve sustained usage.

• Follow Corporate PMO methodologies, governance standards, templates, and delivery controls across all assigned work.

To be considered for this role, here’s what you will typically need to bring with you:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering or related field

• Plus 5 years of project management experience supporting implementations or major modernization initiatives

• Experience in ERP implementations is preferred

• Proven project management capability in complex business or technology initiatives.

• Working experience with organizational change management practices in enterprise programs.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across business, IT, and delivery partner teams

• Strong execution mindset with the ability to drive decisions, follow-through, and accountability.

• Quick learner with ability to understand new business processes and systems rapidly.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with clear stakeholder management discipline.

• Travel: 10% or less

It would be great if you also had:

• Experience supporting ERP, MES, or enterprise platform modernization programs.

• Familiarity with structured delivery methods (e.g., waterfall-hybrid, agile-hybrid, stage-gate).

• Experience with project and reporting tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar.

• Experience working in manufacturing, aerospace, or other operationally complex environments

• PMP, CAPM, Prosci, or equivalent project/change certification.
