This position supports Sentry’s fabrication shop with a focus on cutting, welding, and assembling steel components. The right candidate should have experience in a manufacturing or fabrication setting and be comfortable working at a specific station while also helping where needed.

We are willing to train the right person who shows up ready to work, communicates well, and takes pride in learning new skills.

• MIG and Dual Shield welding
• Plasma cutting and material preparation
• Grinding and finishing work
• Reading basic shop drawings
• Measuring, layout, and material prep
• Operating fabrication equipment
• Quality checks on finished parts
• Safe material handling
• Keeping work areas clean and organized
• Supporting other shop operations as needed

• Manufacturing or fabrication shop background
• Welding experience
• Familiarity with cutting and grinding tools
• Comfortable working as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and be trained

We’re looking for people who show up ready to work, communicate well, and work as part of a team. The right person is dependable, trainable, and willing to learn.

$20–$30 per hour (based on experience)

Candidate must be able to pass a standard background check and pre-employment drug screening.
