Job Overview

Join our team as an XT/LT Assembler in Watertown, SD. You will work on electrical, mechanical and hydraulic equipment, manufacturing fiberglass components and ensuring safety and quality.

• Adhere to Terex safety policies and procedures.
• Perform repetitive assembly and adjustments of electrical, mechanical, and/or hydraulic equipment according to instructions.
• Manufacture fiberglass components to specifications.
• Maintain a clean work area and participate in 5S standards.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and problems.
• Follow and promote The Terex Way values.

• High school diploma and/or equivalent experience.
• 0-2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and 40-100 lbs with assistance or lifting equipment.
• Good mechanical aptitude and capability to use most hand tools.
• Ability to understand verbal and written instructions.
• Recognize potential safety hazards and take appropriate actions to minimize risks.
• Proficiency in reading and understanding blueprints, order acknowledgements, engineering drawings and written instruction.
• Team player with positive attitude.

Compensation range: $21.00–$22.50 per hour. Sign‑on bonus of $1,000 (split $500 at 6 months and $500 at 1 year, payable only to active employees at payout).
