Valley Queen Cheese Factory is seeking a dedicated Whey Production Operator to join our manufacturing team in Milbank, South Dakota. As a Whey Production Operator, you will play a critical role in maintaining the efficiency and quality of our whey processing operations, ensuring that our products meet the high standards our consumers expect.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor state-of-the-art whey processing equipment.
• Ensure the continuous flow of production and minimize downtime.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards at all times, performing routine checks and maintenance of the machinery.
• Maintain accurate records of production data, such as volume output, processing times, and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to uphold product quality and safety.
• Participate in training and safety meetings to remain up-to-date on industry best practices and new technology.
• Assist in the implementation of new processing methods and equipment.
